Cleaning Service: We have partnered with reputable service companies to provide top-tier cleaning services, ensuring your solar panels maintain optimal efficiency.
IR Inspection Protocol: Our team uses hand cameras for all electrical terminations and junctions, supplemented by drone technology for module-level diode verification, ensuring thorough and precise inspections.
Monitoring: Our proprietary LLM, 'Dawn', analyzes production reports, weather data, and onsite production metrics to identify patterns, deficiencies, and unforeseen site complications.
Production Reports: These reports reflect the robustness of our monitoring tools, integrating data on weather, irradiance, site health, and error events to offer a comprehensive view of your plant's health.
Downtime Compensation: Depending on your chosen O&M service plan, we offer compensation for a percentage of your system’s production loss during downtime. Terms and conditions apply.
Upgrades: Enrolling in our service plan grants your site eligibility for discounted system upgrades at the 10 and 15-year marks, including modules, inverters, and batteries.
Preventative Maintenance: Every tier of our offering includes preventative maintenance for each component of your system. We create a 5YR O&M guide for every site, on a 5YR cadence. Your system’s O&M needs will change over the course of its expected lifetime and so will our PM plan, ensuring we see your system through it’s expected lifetime and beyond.
